Wes is everywhere! Crawling, standing, dancing, bobbing, scooting, reaching, all sorts of fun and loving every minute of it. He will play for hours by himself as long as he knows where you are in general and feels like he's being watched. He especially likes his brother's toys, playing in water, trying to climb the stairs, and trying to get into the potty. (one day he managed to drop something in one being used by Derek--poor Derek was a bit traumatized)

Wessers is super social! He will grin and chatter and wave his hand up in the air and make funny faces and giggle until you giggle back. He gets especially excited when dad comes home and sometimes is just so overwhelmed with his happy feelings that he tenses all of his little limbs and squeals. Best of all, when you pick him up he squeezes his little arms around your neck and clings to you like you're his favorite person in the world. With his adorable little face and his grin and his little voice he just melts hearts right and left.
Fun fact: Derek has invented a new nickname for him. The long version is Gusigah (pronounced GOOSE-ee-gah), Goose for short.
